A bit of a nuisance going to the surgery in person at 08:00 to secure an appointment but once there, all dealt with very efficiently and a same day appointment all set up, no problem once there works well. Dr Withanage was very nice indeed. Very welcoming, friendly, listened, they quickly diagnosed the problem with recommended treatement. Have seen Dr Withanage once before and really nice lady, professional and warm personality.

I did not have very long to wait, but it could be better if the patient notes were read before going into see the doctor.

I am nearly always able to get an appointment for when I need at short notice. The Dr's are able to diagnose the problems and offer treatment quickly and often go out of their way to help me at times my condition means I have to see a physiotherapist and it would be nice and convenient if one was based at the surgery.
