Had a smear test with Karen Freeman which I was dreading as I have a retroverted uterus which the previous nurse found difficult to find and the process was very painful. Karen was wonderful, using a small speculum and finding the cervix first time making the process much more bearable. Karen is a great asset to this surgery and in addition is very friendly and amusing. Thank you Karen.
