Submitted an engage/consult form on Thursday morning and got an acknowledgment stating that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment. By Friday (22/03/2024) I had not been contacted so I visited the surgery and spoke to a very helpful receptionist who said my request had not been linked to me. I explained my situation and asked to see a doctor and was told that no appointment was available until the end of April but I could have a telephone appointment on April 17th.
The reason for submitting the form was that i saw a consultant at MKUH in November and had heard nothing from them, I phoned and was told that I was on the waiting list.
