Dr Withanage took a proactive interest in my health situation. When I expressed concern about a particular issue, she recommended and arranged for further treatment. When the results came back with a possibly serious issue, she personally rang me to inform me and suggest fast-tracking.
In summary, I was listened to and had follow-up investigation in as quick a time as it was reasonably possible. I felt part of the process and not just a patient.
