The Doctors I have seen over the years have been great, I have been a life long patient and feel like my GP Dr Mirza is always helpful and nice. I highly recommend her to friends and familly. The receptionist staff, not all of them, have been extremely rude and mean to me in the past. On one occasion I put the phone down and just cried. It is a shame that generally the surgery is known for the rudeness of some the the receptionists. Today however the member of staff who assisted me was very nice.
