Appalling receptionist attitude towards people needing appointments. Long telephone wait times & dreadful repeat prescription mistakes made on a regular basis.
2 of the doctors are excellent, which is the only reason I put up with the atrocious receptionist. Something has got to be done to change this! Better training is needed, along with better manners & respect. Gossiping about patients is not acceptable on any level!
