The practitioners talk down to patients, they are condescending and have no interest whatsoever. Expect nothing because that is exactly what you will get. Have had discussions with neighbours about how awful this place is; not one of us has ever had a reasonable level of service there. We actually joke about how we go to A and E or walk-in clinics for medical attention, because there's no point even going here.
