Share review of Upwell Street Surgery

Last year I would of thought this was the best dr surgery there was ,but since it went to the triage system it’s not good ,you know sometimes you just need to see the dr in person,not just answer questions,just to save time,if I am unwell and I want to see the dr well surely that’s my right .I don’t think it’s right to have to explain to the receptionist what is wrong no matter how briefly,just feel like this system is so wrong
