I usually am a big advocate of Triangle Surgery and the doctors, BUT today I was shocked and appalled the service give to me by Dr Dhiren Patel. After going into the doctors with an ill child last week, I was told to return if my childs health did not improve. Upon going into the room with Dr Patel, it became quickly evident that he was not happy that My child was not booked witb the inital doctor. I even told him that I did not know the doctor had been changed. Every information I gave the doctor was wuearioned to the point that he did not want to give my daughter antibitotics because "she looked fine" ...... after alot of pleading and telling the doctor that my child is not eating or sleeping due to her being ill, he wrote antibiotics. He then told me that i "could give my child the antibiotics 'if i wanted to and its upto you'" I have never had such poor and unprofessional service. Its not what I expcected from Dr Patel, let alone a GP. Totally unintrested in the patients welfare.
