I was told by a Receptionist that making an appointment to see a doctor was too complicated to write down. Since I have been at this practice there have been a number of changes to surgery time and appointment methods, but as a patient I am never advised. I could easily get an appointment until I started work then It was impossible to fit in. Recently I was refused one repeat prescription because I already had some, I later asked for a repeat on a different medication and was prescribed both, but was only given the prescription for the one I had plenty of. The other prescription was still in the box, so I had to make another trip to the surgery to collect it. Apparently because it had not been clipped to to the one I never asked for anyway?? Confused- so was I.
