With so much negativity in the press about getting GP appointments, I would like to congratulate Townhill on its continued good service. Having been a user for over 25 years I never experience difficulty to get a quick appointment for me or my family and often with a Dr of choice. The staff and GPs are friendly and responsive and I feel I am listened to when attending an appointment. With the increase in the local population this is quite an achievement. Thank you.

Absolutely happy with my visit today. Would it be possible to have a small privacy screen at the blood pressure screen? It would make myself and others more comfortable.

I was very quickly attended to. The reception was cheerful, helpful and knew her job. The brochures could be kept a little tidier.
