Care in this practice is excellent at all levels from reception staff. All clinicians - very approachable and professional at all times. I would like to make special mention of Dr. A. Clarke - he is exceptional - always gives his full attention, listens and supports - a great practice.

Its very hard to get appointment when you don't do a nine to five job. My job is a undertaker which is early start around 6 am most days and finish late. Many times tried to get appointment and always told that they can't book for the next day I have to come in or phone the next day. There is no fault for people like myself to get appointment I don't have the time in morning to be hanging on a phone when I should be getting my funeral read this is totally wrong. I try hard so I don't let down my firm if I new that I could book the time the day before it gives my firm a chance to rearrange.
