I have no complaints about the care I get when I eventually get an appointment. It is so difficult to book an appointment to fit in with a full time job.
I would like to be able to phone up and book an appointment for a time after 5.30 pm and also to do this 2 or 3 days in advance. It is not always possible to phone on the day.
