Lady on reception really helpful and kind - Nadira - she's always gone above and beyond to help me.
I saw Yolanda for my cervical smear and she was brilliant - she listened when I explained that my meds often makes my hips dislocate and she went out her way to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable. Brilliant!
