The nurse was helpful and efficient.
When we phone for any purpose, the same recorded message - re flu inject has not changed since mid September. It is a long spiel a shorter version, to save time "you have your flu injection if not enquire on....".
Some receptionists don't know these forms are on the reception counter!
Please excuse mixed up writing!
