The general practitioner did not seem interested in my thoughts and feelings regarding my presenting condition, in fact due to his complete lack of empathy I felt quite ill at ease.
Suggested improvements
Make sure that your medical staff attempts to treat the patient and not just that condition.
A good bedside manner goes a long way.
