Telephone triage is good and was able to see the gp within 30 minutes after speaking to him but it was not the same gp who I spoke to over the phone who I was seen by so I had to re explain again. The only trouble with telephone is when you are working it's not always easy to take a call or make a call. If you call later the appointments are gone but I unnderstand a lot of doctors are working this way. I am a very low user of the service so not to much of a problem for me.
Reception area is a bright but quite cluttered with lots of information leaflets and posters so I wasn't sure what to look / read so I read none which probably defeats the idea for the promotions.
Three ways is a good surgery and centrally located for the village. It has a local friendly pharmacy close by who are always pleasant.
