The care is too reactive, not proactive. We should be advised more about what tests and check-ups are available to us, rather than having to ask for them.

Telephone triage not good esp for beds as have to wait for call back than come in anyway 2 hours of missed calls. Children < 5 yrs should have appt. Dr Pope rude, condescendiy, patronising and makes mistakes then doesn't apologise.

All excellent. And this is from a fellow healthcare professional - and doctors can be very frank! Difficult to see what can be improved. Very pleased.
