Everyone was very helpful. I felt listened to by my GP. The times that I've been here, I have always felt that I mattered and that my views were taken into account. Nothing to improve. A few plants mights brighten up the waiting room through!

I attended two surgery appointments on the same day, initially with the asthma nurse and subsequently, with one of the doctors in the practice. Receptionists were polite and did all they could to ensure to arrange convenient appointments. Both medical professionals were attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, encouraged questions and provided advice on treatment in a helpful and understandable manner (no medical jargon). I can’t fault the quality of care, professionalism of staff or the general environment of the surgery but perhaps consideration could be given to clearer signage to some of the rooms. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The doctor was very good at explaining about my consultation and made sure I understood. The receptionist were also very helpful.

It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at this surgery-even in an emergency. Receptionists will tell you (even when an emergency) that there are no appointments available- call back the next morning, and when you do the line is busy. The only way to get an appointment, is to get there early and queue outside the building before start of surgery. When you are extremely ill, this is not an option. I have had the experience of being told by NHS direct lie 111 that I needed to get an emergency appointment within 24 hours, and when I called the surgery- none was available for a whole week. magically, when the surgery is undertaking a review, a host of locums appear during the review time slot and appointments are suddenly available. The best and therefore most popular Dr is Dr Baretto, who is kind, really listens and engages with patients. However it is impossible to get an appointment with her. If you ring for an appointment with her you will be told that she doesn't work that day, only to find that she is seeing patients. The inconsistency of care from Drs is a big issue. Clearly the other Drs need to raise their game. They need to learn her skills. We need more Dr Barettos! Date of last appointment- cant remember exact date. was in February.
