The treatment and conversation with the doctors at the surgery is pleasant, they ensure great care is taken when looking at the patient's needs. They are comforting and often show their sympathy for what has happened to you, which is very nice of them. The experience with one of the nurse is very pleasant as well as the hca as well. The explanations and care is of a great nature. When requesting for appointments, it is sometimes difficult to obtain appointments for a few days in advance. Usually what is offered are appointments for the following week and this is only for a 1 or 2 doctors. It would be advisable to release some more appointments throughout the week for all the doctors rather than just limiting the number of appointments available. Additionally, when the patient indicates they are unwell and the receptionist is able to see this, they should be more accommodating as a simple emergency appointment could resolve their illness rather than having to make a trip perhaps to the walk-in centre or A&E! It is extremely important that the receptionists take note of their behaviour and their tone as they are the front of house. This does not apply to all of the receptionists at the Health Centre. One receptionist in particular is doing a remarkable job, she has been there for years and I am glad that I am able to approach her as she makes me feel quite comforting.
