One of the best parts of the whole experience was the large amount of pre-op information. The email received before the appointment contained everything you needed to know about the procedure and what to do before your appointment. Before I had my operation I was very nervous about the procedure, however, I didn't need to be as all the staff are professional and help you to relax beforehand. The operation itself lasted just over an hour and was pain free after the anesthetic injections (these were probably the most uncomfortable part of the whole experience). During the operation the staff are very good at helping you to stay relaxed and making sure you are comfortable during the whole thing. Overall the whole experience was very good.

Suggested improvements
The only issues I had was the lack of post-op information. After the procedure you are sent home with little information other than when to take your bandages off and when to return to normal activities. Personally, I found the stress of the few weeks after the operation worse than the procedure itself, as there were many times I was unsure if everything was healing properly and had no information from the clinic regarding things that could happen in the recovery process. Due to this I had to look online for any information which is not ideal as every website contains different advice and information! Personally I would have liked to have received some information from the clinic including aftercare over the next few weeks (e.g. how to clean the area, info about bleeding, swelling, bruising, the stitches and glue, what the look out for etc.) As well as this, I would have liked some follow-up appointments after the procedure just to ensure everything is healing as normal and there are no issues.
