The receptionist team are always helpful even during busy times. They are always polite and helpful. Two particular ladies who have provided extended assistance during my visits are called Pat and Wendy.
Difficulty arises whilst trying to book an appointment but have found that if they have allocated all their emergency appointment slots that they try to arrange for a doctor to call you back, the internet booking service is also a good alternative.
