The Westernham Practice

For six years I have been a patient at the Sundridge Medical Centre, part of the Westerham Practice. Whereas I have received some limited care from a few of the staff (the good ones that have now left the practice), unfortunately, I have received an abysmal level of service overall. It was even necessary for me to write and complain to the so-called practice "manager" regarding the hostile, rude and abusive behaviour of the receptionist staff. The complaint was completely ignored. The most recent "doctors" have proven a complete waste of space. I am thoroughly disgusted with the generally poor standards of service at this practice.
