Probably the worst GP practice I have been with. The doctors are disinterested, can be very hostile, and seem not to care. They only seem interested in conditions where they make my money from the government for a diagnosis. Getting a referral to a specialist is almost impossible, and they procrastinate. The admin staff appear unable to grasp even the simplest of instructions, and can be abrupt and rude if they are challenged. They seem to lack compassion and empathy. They seem to have a high turnover of doctors. Due to their disinterest, I suffered a medical emergency, which has left me disabled, and they have done nothing to help me.

Pay attention to what ailments patients are experiencing, rather than things that they aren't, but which attract extra funding. I cannot recommend this practice; they have let me down very badly.
