Dr Pui was excellent. Great bedside manner and took the time to give me pracitcal and helpful advice

very frustrating that the practice manager does not alow recption staff to phone patients to alert them of appointments that open up on the day. The tired excuse of 'we have so many patients' is not acceptable. At a time when the NHS loses £300 milion a year through missed appointments, I would like to think that the surgery would do all it can to utilise empty slots.
I understand how ovewhelmed you are but we manage to go the extra mile to call patients back at A&E where 'busy' really does mean 'busy. otherwise great service from Dr Syed.
