Very friendly service from phoning for appointment, to being contracted regarding conversation to actual appointment and after care.

The receptionist today was extremely helpful and discretely. Also a pleasant manner from start to finish. Ten out of ten. Sometimes I have arrived and no one on reception though staff conversations are obviously going on behind the screening. There is no bell or means of drawing attention that you are waiting and occasionally a queue is forming.
