THIS IS WHAT NEEDS IMPROVING.
RECEPTIONISTS NEED TO BE SYMPATHETIC, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, CARING, AND HELPFUL, WELCOMING, AND PROFESSIONAL,
WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SMILE WHEN GREETED.
THIS SURGERY DOES NOT COMPLY TO THE ABOVE.
RECEPTIONISTS ARE DEFENSIVE, RUDE, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MISTAKES AND APPLOGISE, THEY STICK TOGETHER TO MAKE YOU LOOK BAD.
