Sophie took a lot of information on board, made a plan of action and organised it straight away.
Sophie was very caring and reassuring.
Dr. Jaya Kumar equally, discussed options of future treatment, organized investigation of the symptoms and was very caring.
The receptionist was then also extremely helpful - am sorry!
