Q:-What’s the difference between a doctor and god ?
A:- God doesn’t think he is a doctor
This is how you are made to feel at this surgery, in my 69 years of existence on this planet I can honestly say they are the worst I have ever needed to deal with on every level, I move to this surgery about 6 month ago and managed to see a Dr that I feel did not explain things properly or look into my past history and rushed through the appointment as if she had a train to catch. They don’t try to ease you off addictive medication but just refuse to issue without a call or making an appointment to discuss you need and offer an alternative, forcing you to go cold Turkey and causing stress anxiety and having to tolerate extreme pain for what medication was prescribed originally for.

Be sympathetic to patients needs
Review patients history properly
Stop talking down to patients
