This surgery is still using the pandemic as an excuse to stay inaccessible to patients. Just what are the doctors doing for their salary? Certainly not seeing patients and not even speaking on the telephone, unless you can wait Six weeks for a short phone call.
So many unhappy patients but who do we all complain to? We need another surgery staffed with full time doctors who are prepared to see patients.
