Got to the walkin nice and early, took a number, 2 hours later I enquired as to the delay and was told that i had been missed from the list and that there was another 3 people in front of me.
This has happened a few times before and is extreemly disappointing for an otherwise good practice. Whole mornings wasted while trying to keep a baby and toddler happy at the same time
