The appointment system actively prevents me from visiting clinic. The only way to see a doctor is to queue up before 8am to take a ticket. Then to wait until 9am when they open to be put into a queue of others. I've turned up at 08:20 before only to be seen at 10:30. It's not an efficient use of my time to be sat around waiting for doctors, I have to work too. I turn up to appointments, indeed I make appointments specifically because I want to see a doctor. This surgery really doesn't want patients.
