This practice is appalling. There is a 3 week wait (minimum) for appointments - that’s if they even answer the phone. I was on the phone for 30 mins waiting for it to be answered, so I went down there (whilst still on the phone) to find the EXTREMELY rude receptionists, sitting around chatting, ignoring the phone. They seemed pretty embarrassed when they were caught out. I’m not sure of the older receptionists name (blonde hair and glasses) but she should not be in the care profession! She is a vile rude human being who doesn’t not care at all! Or is even willing to help. Stay away from this practice at all costs!
