For the most part I'm satisfied with the service received from the Tollgate Practice. My frustration comes when dealing with the reception staff. I'm disgusted in the current level of customer service when dealing with the reception. From my own experience, and from what I've seen first hand when dealing with other patients, whenever I approach the reception desk I am usually ignored by the member of staff until they feel as though ready. I'm not even given the politeness of a "Please bear with me, I'll be with you in one moment", just ignored completely. I feel as though it needs to be made clear to the receptionist staff that they are being employed to provide a service - and as a result should take the customer service aspect far more seriously.
