Impossible to use the new phone system as we've been trying for 2 weeks now to get an appointment As per website and letter informing us of new appointment system, we start trying to call from 08:00 , press 1 and it beeps or says user busy. We've tried all other options and also no way to get through. No email address or other way to contact, need to see a doc before a certain lump grows, but not urgent enough for walk-in or A&E.
