The receptionist was helpful in advising me the best way to make an appointment for my needs and the various ways I could make the appointment (phone/online). When I saw the GP (I only remember his first name as Tomas) he was patient and I felt really listened to me. He explained his reasoning for his decision and made me feel at ease about my symptoms. I am lucky in that I rarely need to visit the surgery but this experience was really positive and I really felt cared for. After my appointment I asked the receptionist about how I can book appointments for my children online and she sorted it all for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I visits on 11/02/23
