Please inform your receptionists that Nurse Julie, as lovely as she is, does not do menopause and HRT, I had to let people down to get to this appointment, just to be told I needed to come back and see a doctor. I had said to the receptionist when I booked the appointment that I wanted to try HRT, and I was surprised when she told me that nurse Julie could prescribe it, but I was desperate, so hugely grateful for the appointment. Which turned out to be a waste of time for me and the nurse! So I went to the reception desk on my way out to leave some feedback, and stood there unacknowledged for as long as I could bare before leaving, not that they noticed!!
As you can see I’m struggling to keep this positive, so will end here.
