I cannot fault the doctors at the surgery who are helpful and thorough and have supported me and my family over many years. I do think the patient contact for the surgery could be improved. I have often been sitting on hold for ten - fifteen minutes waiting for my call to be answered; often only to check if prescriptions are ready to be collected. It would be a good idea for there to be a text message system for patients so once a prescription is ready we could get a text letting us know and also where the prescription is as often I have been told it is at a pharmacy only to find it is still at the surgery. the staff at Tollgate are all very helpful, friendly and polite.
