- Getting through to surgery. - Availability of appointments. - Telephone triage service. - When medications are changed/removed off repeat prescriptions at least notify us - explain reasons. I had to call chemist because thought they had made an error, informed GP had not prescribed them. - No regular reviews of long term meds. - Different GPs all the time. - Lack of regularity.
