Share review of The Surgery

You are always answered by phone in a friendly, helpful manner by all the staff. Since the surgery has an all day appointment system ( 8am - 6.15pm / except half day Wednesday) you never have to sit in a crowded surgery full of other patients with could be contagious illnesses. I believe in recycling, but not of germs. I wonder sometimes if that is why so many surgeries are so busy! If I find that I have inavertly forgotten to reorder a repeat prescription, they will get the doctor’s permission to fax on through to the Chemist in my local village. I really feel blessed with the service I’m getting and can’t think of anything as an improvement suggestion.
