Genuinely the worst service I have had at doctors surgery. Just do not bother to register. The service is so rude. The doctor was so abrupt and unhelpful and clearly did not care one bit. A double appointment was made for me and I was in and out within 5 minutes. As a new patient to the surgery, I would have expected an initial chat, maybe blood pressure taken (I’m middle age) perhaps a chat about any medication I’m on - just a brief but general overview. None of that, nor was I given the change to discuss anything. The whole appointment was abrupt, rude and entirely unhelpful - I will be moving practices asap as I refuse to put up with this inferior service.

Suggested improvements
Take a look at other practices in the area and see what there customer care is like. Perhaps try to show a shred of kindness to worried patients and not be dismissive.
