My latest attempt at getting to talk to a doctor who listens frustrated by ASK MY GP app. They turn it off when they have no more slots on the day. I was in mid sentence when it dropped out.
Ringing receptionist only yielded that explanation.
It's verboten to ask for an appointment in the future, even next day.
And in the past have had medications changed without even telling me! Took a lot of discussions to every two the one that worked, didn't give me gut-aches.
Whose benefit is this run for? Not the patients, that's for sure ☹️
Suggested improvements
Allowed access. Not fob patients off and discourage them from contacting you.
Not made me jump through hoops to get service.
Just be human!
Not ask me to complete sections in RED which I can't see. I'm red/green blind!!!!
(My wife says there aren't any)
