Once again very well done Ash Surgery. Yesterday I received a letter from the surgery advising me to book an appointment via the NHS E Referral Service. Unfortunately the booking could not be confirmed due to the virus affecting the computers. I felt slightly worried as I was unsure what would happen regarding the referral to the Consultant. The next morning I made telephone contact with the Surgery Practice Manager explaining my concerns. She was so helpful and efficient. Within a short space of time an appointment was made for me in mid June and confirmed. This made me feel a great deal better. Thank you for your service, it is much appreciated.
