I was in trouble today after some recent surgery.
I called in to ask if I could see someone that day as my wound needed attention.
Nurse Anne Aitken saw me straight away and di an excellent job.
Her manner was extremely professional and cheerful.
To be fair, all the nurses at thes practice seem to be excellent.
This is just one example that I specifically appreciate.
Helpful receptionist and helpful nurse.
Now it's down to me to get better.
