Was very sad when Dr. Brooks left this practice.
His approach, communication style and commitment were brilliant...
Recent changes removing the 10 minute appointment limitation will greatly
help make the experience of visiting this practice less stressful and more effective.
I wish this practice felt more friendly (less removed) and more two way in it's communication style/culture... connecting more with patients to get their input, recognising you when you repeatedly visit.
