It takes over an hour, even in afternoons, to get through on phone, then after waiting in queue using lots of phone credit, you're then number one in queue, then it rings for another 30 minutes before anybody answers!!!! gps make gross errors, & haven't got the guts to apologise, or correct inaccurate, wrong medical records, which have knock on effect on people's lives!They haven't got guts or caprep to correct errors & be honest after gross misdiagnosis. In referral letters they get dates wrong, continue their gross errors, so others get wrong information & this affects outcomes. Lots of neighbours have left this surgery.
