DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. No family should have to experience what we did. My elderly mother was treated as a patient of the practice while a resident of the Acacia Lodge Care home across the road. Dr Nagra diagnosed her with Lewy Body dementia and recommended palliative care for her. However he did not order the drugs or equipment as she needed to the home so they would be available for the nursing team when the time came. She declined rapidly after this. When my mother was very ill my sister visited the surgery to see a doctor to arrange her care in her final days. Doctor Nagra refused to see her or take a phone call, he also did not visit my mother. The care home is across the street. He then went on leave. The day before my mother died I logged an urgent request via the electronic booking system for the dr to visit. Dr Corcoran replied by text message saying he was too busy and someone would visit in two days time. When he eventually called me he still insisted he was too busy to cross the street and basically let it be known my mother was of no importance to him because he had '20 other patients to see that day' We were forced to call 999 and scramble to get the required medication - medication Dr Nagra should have ordered for my mum when he diagnosed palliative care to make her comfortable in her last 24hrs. This was time we could have been spending with her as a family instead of rushing around trying to do the job the Dr should have done. My mum died the next day. 24 hours before Dr Corcoran said a doctor would see her. I cannot describe how traumatic my experience of dealing with this practice was. From the useless electronic booking system to the INHUMANE, INSENSITIVE, INCOMPETENT, NEGLIGENT care afforded my mother in her dying days by both Dr Nagra and Dr Corcoran. DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. if zero stars was an option I would select this

Everything could have been better. Basic empathy and humanity would be a start.
