I've been a member of this doctors surgery for 6 years now and so happy with the improvements they have made recently. They now use patient access app to book appointments which a lovely gentleman on reception was so helpful with getting set up for me and the telephone service is now the best I have ever experienced from a GP. I also can not speak highly enough of a doctor there called Dr Clare Stephens as well. I've seen a lot of doctors in my life time and but she is defiantly the best. she makes you feel so cared for and listened to your every need, her knowledge is outstanding as well. If you really need a good GP I'd recommend seeing her for sure. Ok the facilities could do with a little upgrading however that's not why you go to a GP, you go because you need their help and they certainly do help from the gentlemen on reception to the Doctors who care for you - highly recommended.
