I find it really difficult in getting an appointment to see my GP at the saltscar surgery. I can often wait up to two weeks before getting an appointment. I also often find that I never get to see the same person so I feel that no one is really taking responsibility for my care. My biggest complaint is with the the reception staff who I find can be very disrespectful as they do not listen and often talk over you mid sentence.
On the positive side I have found the doctors themselves very knowledgeable and have always had great care (after getting in to see them)
I've used the surgery three times over the last 4 years and unfortunately my expirence has been the same each time.
