I phoned this morning (how) - 11/2/24 to ask if I could get an appointment for both myself and my husband as we both had somewhat concerning conditions, which were not getting any better, the receptionist gave us both an appointment today (Midday). We saw a very nice and helpful doctor was sorted us out with treatment and prescriptions. Very satisfied. Thanks.

Suggested improvements
Nothing - all was great, except when and arrived I was a few minutes late, but I explained why did get held up and as my husband had only just left his appointment the doctor did not have another patient { } he came out to reception to say it was O.K but the receptionist was not too happy! I understand she was just doing her job, but needed a bit of flexibility especially as the doctor had just been seeing my husband and was expecting me he was not at all inconvenienced by me being a few minutes late through no fault of my own.
